The Role

Deliver an exceptional resident experience across the community
Manage leasing enquiries, applications, and move-ins
Coordinate maintenance with our on-site facilities team
Plan and host community events and activations
Analyse occupancy data and contribute to leasing strategy

About You

2+ years in property management or hospitality management
Customer-first mindset with genuine people skills
Comfortable with technology and data-driven decisions
NSW Certificate of Registration
Interest in the future of rental living
