The Role

Oversee daily operations across 5 Sydney offices
Optimise processes, systems, and team structures
Manage P&L and drive profitability improvements
Work with the C-suite on strategic growth initiatives
Foster a high-performance culture

About You

Senior operational leadership experience in real estate or professional services
Strong financial management capabilities
Experience with change management and scaling operations
Exceptional people leadership and communication skills
Tertiary qualification in business or related field preferred
