Place is one of Queensland's most innovative real estate groups. We need a Marketing Coordinator to support our agents with best-in-class property marketing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate property photography, videography, and styling
Prepare listing presentations and marketing proposals
Manage social media content calendars across multiple offices
Produce EDMs, brochures, and signage
Track marketing budgets and vendor paid advertising
Liaise with external suppliers (printers, photographers, media)

Requirements

1–3 years in a marketing coordination role
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Experience with social media management tools
Strong copywriting skills
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Real estate experience preferred but not essential
