The Role

Conduct auction campaigns from listing through to auction day
Develop pre-auction marketing strategies with vendors
Build buyer competition through targeted outreach
Deliver compelling auction-day performances
Negotiate post-auction if property passes in

About You

5+ years' residential sales experience
Licensed auctioneer (or ready to obtain licence)
Confident public speaker with a commanding presence
Deep understanding of Inner West property values
Track record of clearance rates above 70%
