The Role

Set and drive sales strategy for the Boroondara office
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
Lead by example with your own premium listing portfolio
Analyse market data to identify growth opportunities
Represent the brand at industry events and in the community

About You

10+ years in residential real estate with leadership experience
Proven track record of team development and revenue growth
Deep knowledge of Melbourne's eastern suburbs market
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Licensed estate agent (VIC)
