Part-Time Leasing Role
Nelson Alexander Fitzroy is looking for a Rental Leasing Consultant to conduct inspections and process applications across our inner-city portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct open for inspections (primarily Saturdays + 2 weekdays)
- Process rental applications and reference checks
- Prepare lease agreements and condition reports
- Photograph properties for online listings
- Maintain accurate records in our PM system
Requirements
- Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Previous leasing or property management experience
- Confident with technology (PropertyMe, REA, Domain)
- Professional presentation
- Own vehicle and valid licence
Part-time: Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
