About the Role

We're looking for a driven Senior Sales Agent to join our award-winning team at Ray White Surfers Paradise. You'll be working in one of the most dynamic property markets in Australia.

What You'll Do

List and sell residential property across the Gold Coast corridor
Build and maintain a pipeline of vendor and buyer relationships
Leverage our market-leading brand and support systems
Mentor junior agents within the team

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in residential sales
Current QLD real estate licence
Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong local market knowledge
