Kollosche is the Gold Coast's leading luxury real estate agency. We need a creative Social Media Specialist to showcase our premium listings and lifestyle brand.

What You'll Do

Create and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
Develop content calendars aligned with listing campaigns
Grow our social following and engagement rates
Track analytics and report on performance monthly
Attend property shoots and events to capture content

About You

2+ years managing social media for a brand (luxury or lifestyle preferred)
Strong photography and video editing skills (iPhone-level is fine)
Eye for aesthetics and understanding of luxury market positioning
Proficiency with scheduling tools and analytics platforms
Self-starter who can work independently

This is an on-site role at our iconic Broadbeach office.
