Project Marketing Contract

CBRE Residential Projects is assembling a sales team for a major new apartment development in Melbourne's inner south-east. 12-month contract with potential extension.

The Role

Sell off-the-plan apartments from the on-site display suite
Manage buyer enquiries from initial contact through to exchange
Present floor plans, pricing, and development features
Attend weekend display suite shifts
Report weekly on pipeline and conversions

Requirements

Experience in project marketing or off-the-plan sales
VIC estate agent or agent's representative licence
Multilingual skills highly regarded (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese)
Comfortable with long sales cycles and high-value transactions
Professional presentation and strong closing skills

Commission-only with a competitive rate. Suit an experienced agent looking for a lucrative project.
